well "brother" is almost always used in a positive way. i dont think someone would use it in a negative way. at least not in the sense that "nigga" is used.
but yes, it's just an unfortunate situation how black people can call people that word, but other races can't use it at all (or it's deemed racist).
america has race problems, and won't get rid of them anytime soon. :(

btw, can you tell that i'm an ESL teacher? lol
I saw an interview with the older guy who was giving the ass whoopin'. At the end he was saying, "I got a black friend!" The guy was next to him. He was like, "Look at his teeth. I had to knock them out once when he tried to steal my cocain. That's how we met."
Haha, it cracked me up.
Why's everyone calling that black guy young? Lol. He's 50.
Bring da ambalamps
"It rubs the lotion on its skin, or else it gets the hose again."
that guy packed some punch for a 67 year old. he did provoke the black guy and pushed his buttons - especially in front of everyone it was like the black guy had to do something to maintain his rep. shoulda backed down instead he got pummeled and laughed at!
