"nigga" is a kind of slang. it can mean anybody, depending on the situation. it can be someone you like or hate, depending.

Like the term "Brother", right? That the guy kept on insisting about he's racist. So he can call him the "N" and its okay, but the white guy says "brother" and he gets called racist. I wonder, what he would say to Hulk Hogan, brotha.

well "brother" is almost always used in a positive way. i dont think someone would use it in a negative way. at least not in the sense that "nigga" is used.

but yes, it's just an unfortunate situation how black people can call people that word, but other races can't use it at all (or it's deemed racist).
america has race problems, and won't get rid of them anytime soon. :(
